Terms of Service

Carlift Management App ("the App", "we", "us") is business software designed for carlift operators in the UAE. The App provides tools for managing riders, vehicles, payments, routes, and communications.

The App is software only. We do not operate transport, employ drivers, own vehicles, set prices, or collect payments from riders. The operator ("you", "Operator") is solely responsible for all transport operations.

Where applicable, we may forward commuter requests to Operators based on plan tier. We provide no warranties regarding lead quantity, quality, or conversion. Operator acknowledges leads are provided "as-is".

Plans with lead priority receive preferential display to commuters, but we do not guarantee the number of leads, conversions, or exclusivity of any lead. Lead volume may vary based on commuter demand, route coverage, and other factors outside our control.

No refunds are provided based on lead performance. Operators are encouraged to evaluate the App's utility based on its software features (rider management, payment tracking, reporting) rather than lead generation alone.

The Operator is solely responsible for RTA compliance, vehicle safety, driver licensing, and insurance. We do not verify RTA permits, vehicle condition, or driver credentials.

The Operator must ensure all vehicles and drivers hold valid RTA permits and comply with all applicable UAE transport regulations. The App is a management tool and does not replace any regulatory requirement.

Each Operator can only see their own dashboard, riders, and vehicles. Data is isolated per account using row-level security. Your information is never visible to other operators.

Passwords are encrypted using bcrypt. We employ industry-standard security practices, but no system is 100% secure. The Operator is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

The App allows Operators to log cash and bank payments they receive from riders. We do not process payments, hold money, or facilitate transactions between Operators and riders.

All payment collection happens directly between the Operator and the rider. The App is a record-keeping tool only.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for disputes between Operators and riders, loss of revenue, or any damages arising from the use of the App.

We are not liable for any regulatory action taken against the Operator by RTA, DET, or any other authority. The Operator assumes all risk associated with their transport operations.

Carlift Management App operates under DET License: 1630925. The App is business software only and is not a transport operator, broker, or taxi service.
