Frequently asked questions
Do you provide riders or leads?
Yes, Carlift Management App may provide leads according to your plan's priority. The main purpose is to provide a platform where you manage your existing riders, vehicles, payments and operations. We do not guarantee lead volume, quality, or exclusivity.
Do you verify RTA permits?
No. You are solely responsible for RTA compliance, vehicle safety, and insurance. We only sell software.
Can I collect payments through the app?
You log cash/bank payments you receive. We do not process payments or hold money.
How secure is the data added?
Each operator can only see their own dashboard, riders, and vehicles. Data is isolated per account. We use row-level security so your information is never visible to other operators. Passwords are encrypted.

Carlift Management App is business software only. We do not operate transport, provide riders, employ drivers, or verify RTA permits. The operator is solely responsible for RTA compliance and all transport operations. DET License: 1630925
Lead provision is not guaranteed. Plans with lead priority receive preferential display to commuters but we do not guarantee number of leads, conversions, or exclusivity. No refunds are provided based on lead performance.
